My face is still glowing after my facial!! You know, what strikes me the
most about Pearl is her knowledge base. I swear, you can ask her anything
about products or skin problems or anything, and she always has a full
answer! I asked her if I needed a toner at my last appointment, and she
gave me a full history of why the toner was originally invented in Europe!
I am one of those skittish facial people, too. I mean, I know there are
all these new ways to care for myself, and some of them are more invasive
than others. Pearl was so patient in explaining everything to me and letting
me make my own decisions. She never pushed me into anything- my personal
comfort was definitely her priority.
And let's not forget my big birthday night! I threw myself a huge thirtieth
birthday party, and, of course, I asked Pearl to do my make up. I was
very stressed out with all the arrangements, and my hour with Pearl was
such a welcomed break! She thoroughly pampered me! I brought in a swatch
of my dress like she told me to do, and she chose the perfect hues to
compliment it. I looked so beautiful that night, and even though we went
pretty late, the make up kept up! Now I have all the pictures back, and
my face is flawless in all of them! Not a bad way to immortalize yourself,
especially since one of them found its way into the Nob Hill Gazette!
The bottom line is that I trust Pearl, and that's why I'm going to start
